De l’hébergement, à l’Adserving, en passant par la recommandation de podcast, le Player, l’analytique et la monétisation, Edisound met à disposition sa suite technologique auprès du marché des médias et de la publicité.

Les annonceurs y trouvent une solution pour générer des écoutes de leurs podcasts de marques en contexte affinitaires. Les éditeurs une solution de gestion de leurs podcasts et de monétisation de leurs inventaires publicitaires.

Distribué au travers de plusieurs dizaines de grandes marques médias, Edisound permet de générer des centaines de milliers d’écoutes garantis dans des contextes thématiques comme Auto / sport ; Santé / bien-être / cuisine ; Femmes ; Maison / jardin /nature ; Entertainment ; Sciences / culture ; Business.

Pour accompagner son développement, Edisound recrute son premier Senior Sales Consultant


Main responsibilities

· As first Sales person of the company, your role will be key. Your main mission will consist in signing new campaigns coming from Brands direct, Media or Creative Agencies as well as Podcast studios

· You will own of the full sales cycle from lead to close & establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers

· You will represent us at events and serve as a brand ambassador

· You will generate your own pipeline by handling inbound leads, working network, sourcing referrals and industry shows

· Build, structure and organise our sales processes

· Maintain and document knowledge of key brand and agencies offerings, from technical specs to future plans and roadmaps

· Train clients on the platform, encourage the adoption of new features and provide feedback internally on client needs

· You drive the creation of PR content through successful reference cases with reputable brands having decided for us

· Attend weekly, monthly & quarterly sales meetings


Your profiles

· At least 7+ years of field sales experience, selling digital marketing solutions to every level of a advertisers and agencies organization. Intimate knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and involved technology components is required.

· Experience building new territories from scratch

· Proven track record of consistent territory growth and quota/objectives over achievement.

· Experience of managing the relationship with tier 1 FR Brand & agencies

· Ability to work cross-functionally with many teams in the organization including product, engineering, sales and account managemenT

· A great passion and some understanding of the audio advertising landscape.

· Desire to work in a rapidly growing startup

· Outstanding written & communication skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills; confidence in presenting to clients

· Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets

· Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment

· Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

· Entrepreneurial spirit while resilient; energetic yet patient

· Biased towards action, ability to roll sleeves up but also operate strategically and influence multiple stakeholders.

· You speak French on a native level and are fluent in English. A third language would be a plus
