Après un an de recherche et développement, Edisound offre une solution qui couvre l’ensemble de la chaine de valeur du podcast. De l’hébergement, à l’Adserving, en passant par la recommandation de podcast, le Player, l’analytique et la monétisation, Edisound met à disposition sa suite technologique auprès du marché des médias et de la publicité.

Les annonceurs y trouvent une solution pour générer des écoutes de leurs podcasts de marques en contexte affinitaires. Les éditeurs une solution de gestion de leurs podcasts et de monétisation de leurs inventaires publicitaires.

Distribué au travers de plusieurs dizaines de grandes marques médias, Edisound permet de générer des centaines de milliers d’écoutes garantis dans des contextes thématiques comme Auto / sport ; Santé / bien-être / cuisine ; Femmes ; Maison / jardin /nature ; Entertainment ; Sciences / culture ; Business.

La puissance algorithmique et le modèle économique innovant d’Edisound permettent de réaliser CPM très compétitifs pour les Editeurs.

Pour accompagner son développement, Edisound recrute son premier Account Manager

 

Main missions

· As first Account Manager of the company, your role will be key. Your main mission will consist in campaign management coming from Brands direct, Media or Creative Agencies as well as Podcast studios

· Own the full campaign cycle from set up to delivey to customer report & manage several accounts concurrently

· Reponsible for churn, upsell & cross sell

· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets / objectives.

· Work with publishers team to extend reach & drive adoption.

· Ensure customer satisfaction & establish strong relationships

· Build, structure and organise our campaign processes

· Maintain and document knowledge of key brands and agencies offerings, from technical specs to future plans and roadmaps

· Train clients on the platform, encourage the adoption of new features and provide feedback internally on client needs

· Attend weekly, monthly & quarterly AM/Sales & team meetings

 

Your profile

· At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing solutions account management. Intimate knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and involved technology components is required.

· Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment

· Ability to work cross-functionally with many teams in the organization including product, engineering, sales and publishers teams

· Experience of managing the relationship with tier 1 FR campaigns

· Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and French.

· A great passion and some understanding of the audio advertising landscape.

· Desire to work in a rapidly growing startup

· Outstanding written & communication skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills; confidence in presenting to clients

· Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets

· Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

· Entrepreneurial spirit while resilient; energetic yet patient

· You speak French on a native level and are fluent in English. A third language would be a plus
